With provisional bookings, this would allow for a user to reserve a room for a set period of time. During this time others will be able to book, but their booking will not become active until either the original user cancels their booking or the time expires.

There should be some way of creating a repeating set of bookings (weekly, monthly etc.)

Add the facility to allow users to request a room swap.

Add the ability to watch a room, desk or table booking. If the booking is cancelled or changed, a notification will be sent allowing the user to book.

As I book rooms for commercial clients - please can I have an option to book the room for 'commercial use' and also an area to add details of the booking, e.g. Booked for A Company Contact name Number of delegates attending This will be useful for Reception also when delegates arrive. Is there any way also to link this system to the outlook rooms calendars - as when I am looking for a room I use outlook calender's which shows me in one glance where there is availability in the month

At present the room can only be booked under 1 person's name so cannot add others to the booking to let them know which room has been booked for their Team Meeting/Workshop.

It is helpful for Reception to know what type of Meeting/Workshop is taking place in a room in case staff/visitors/learners ask us where, for example, the 'ESW Team Meeting'/First Aid Course' is.

Could we use Microsoft's Graph API to auto complete the contact details box (email, work phone from signature) when booking a room?
